I urge Howe residents to come to tonight's council meeting! We will decide tonight whether to enter into negotiation with a company who wants to build and own our sewer plant.

I am ready to say my piece tonight, which is that the city giving up sources of revenue just to "get something done quick" is not responsible. My grandma always told me if you are looking for a shortcut, you are trying to get out of the hard work of success. But we need to hear the opinions of the public! Show up tonight!! Give your comments!!! Let your council know how you feel about a plan that would mean less money for the city = higher taxes for you in the long run!
