🚧🚨Phase 3 begins today, Monday, June 15. During Phase 3, the south approach of the Kensington/Grand River intersection will be closed to all traffic. All other approaches, including the EB I-96 on and off ramps will be open. Please follow appropriate detour signage and drive safely around the construction area.
This third and final phase should be complete by July 11, 2026.🚨🚧

Our thoughts are with the family, friends, and colleagues of Casey Rice, a Branch County Road Commission employee who tragically lost his life while mowing along I-69 last week.

This loss is a stark reminder of the very real dangers that road professionals face each and every day. These men and women leave their families each morning to maintain the roads we all rely on, often working in conditions that put them directly in harm's way.

We honor their sacrifice and renew our call to all drivers: please slow down, pay attention, and respect work zones.
