It's officially pool season! 💦

The Huachuca City Public Pool is open to all. Here are a few things you need to know:

-It is hot out here. Please bring hydration, but please no glass containers
-Sunscreen!
-All pool hours are subject to weather. Please call the pool or library if you're not sure
-There is absolutely NO diving. We do not have a deep end, and diving can result in serious injury.
-You must listen to our lifeguards at ALL times. They are there for your safety
- And most importantly: Have fun!

The pool is located at 505 Gila St, Huachuca City, between Town Hall and the school.

We will continue to provide food kits this summer with the help of Community Food Bank of Southern Arizona. Beginning May 26th through August 5th, children 0-18 can receive food Tuesday-Friday during our hours of operation. Weekend kits are also available!

"About 88,000 children in our 5-county service area rely on school meals as a vital source of food. What happens when school is out? The Summer Nutrition Kit Program helps to ensure that kids have access to additional nutrition all summer long. It provides individual-sized snack kits 5 days a week for children ages 0-18. 📖 Summer Reading Activities
🤝 Opportunities to make new friends and stay active all summer long!

Open to children who have completed Kindergarten through upcoming 7th Grade!
Session 1: June 1 – June 26
Session 2: June 29 – July 23
$100 per session for Tombstone District/Huachuca City Elementary students
$120 for out-of-district students
Sign up for BOTH sessions and receive a $10 discount!

This is a great opportunity for kids to stay active, creative, social, and engaged during the summer in a safe and positive environment!
