Monday (8/31/26) is the last day to turn in points, make any purchases from the summer reading store or to enter the Adult Summer Reading Raffles! The drawings will be held on Tuesday!

TODAY IS THE DAY! (8/22)

We’re celebrating the end of summer and we can’t wait to see everyone at our Foam-tastic Finale!

While we count down to the foam, help us fill the comments with summer fun! Share a favorite photo or memory from something you enjoyed at the library this summer. Crafts, programs, prizes, storytimes, a great book, we want to see it all!

📍 We’ll meet in the lot next to the library!

The event runs from 3:30-5:30 in total

🫧 3:30–4:00 • Ages 0–5
🫧 4:15–4:45 • Ages 6–9
🫧 5:00–5:30 • Ages 10+

Don’t forget to bring:

🥽 Goggles
🏖️ Towels
🪑 Folding chairs or a blanket if you’d like somewhere to sit

Please wear clothes that can get wet!

Remember, both kids and adults have until 8/31 to turn in the Reading trackers and Bingo sheets! The library will NOT be open for business during the foam party, but the bathrooms will be available!

Check out this incredible creation!

We are thrilled to have a very special piece on display at the library this month! Vance H., age 11, of Hubbard built this amazing model of the RMS Titanic himself, and we couldn’t resist giving it a place of honor.

The amount of creativity and detail Vance put into his ship is seriously impressive. Stop in this month to take a closer look at their handiwork and help us celebrate one of Hubbard’s talented young creators!

Fantastic job, Vance! We’re so honored that you chose to share your creation with us!

Our plan for Toddler Storytime tomorrow (8/18) is outdoor water play. If the weather doesn’t cooperate we will be inside. Please wear something that can get wet in either situation, and bring a towel!
