We are coming together to support Derek as he continues his journey with Alport Syndrome and prepares for the kidney transplant he will need. Every meal, ticket, shirt, donation, and share means so much to Derek and our family. ❤️

Basket donations can be dropped off at Kelley-Cummins Funeral Home between 10 AM – 2 PM.
Basket donations are due Wednesday, September 9th.
