Hubbardton's town wide reappraisal will be starting in the next week or two. The town has contracted with NEMRC and the field appraiser will be Louis Cocci, he drives a white Ford F350 and has a long beard. Notices are being mailed out to residences in the Lake Hortonia area where he will begin appraisals. Residences in other areas of town will be notified as the process continues throughout the summer/fall. Thank you.
