Save the date!!! June 8th is your next opportunity to win big at bingo and support Saunders Volunteer Fire Company-10.

This month's early bird pull tab game, Bandit Bucks, pays out a grand prize of $500 to get the fun going.

No food or drink can be brought in but Saunders Auxiliary's concession has something for everyone including the Alpha-gal group.

Doors open at 5 PM, bingo starts promptly at 6:30. Over $3000 is paid out in cash prizes each month. Limited seating.

On May 23, 2026, from 5:00 to 8:00 PM, the Saunders Volunteer Fire Company successfully hosted a Memorial Weekend Fish Fry Fundraiser, exemplifying community spirit, and displayed unwavering dedication as the volunteer firefighters attended to an emergency call during the event while members and the Auxiliary maintained event continuity. We are grateful for the chance to serve our community.

At 5:59 PM on May 24, 2026, Company 10 was dispatched to a motor vehicle accident with injuries at the intersection of White House Road and Airport Road in Huddleston. Following an investigation by Assistant Chief Tichenor, the incident was confirmed as a hit-and-run involving a vehicle, and all units were cleared.

At 5:49 PM on May 23, 2026, Company 10 responded to a reported boat fire on Anthony Home Rd, Huddleston. Upon arrival, Chief Francis took command and confirmed two boats and a dock were on fire following an investigation. The crew of Wagon 10 stretched the long line and commenced firefighting operations. Ladder 10 was set up and fed by Engine 7, while Tanker 10, Tanker 7 and Wagon 7 supplied water. Company 11, Fire boats supported the operation from the water. The fire was extinguished, and units completed overhaul before returning to service.
