It was a busy first week of school here in the Hudson School District! It's official: our elementary buildings are now full with the addition of our Kindergarten and 4K kiddos over the last two days. 👏

A huge shoutout goes to our amazing staff who helped guide these students on their first days, from greeting them at the door to helping them in the lunch line.

We can't wait to run it all back next week. For now families, enjoy the weekend 🌞 and we'll see you back next week for more learning and fun. We have a feeling the 2026-2027 school year will be the best one yet! 🤗

Drumroll please... in the midst of all our back to school madness, we thought it might be time for a little !!! 👏

Back in June, a group of our HS students traveled to Spain for 10 days to experience the Spanish culture and put their language skills to the test. Students got plenty of time to explore the sights and practice their Spanish while visiting 8 different cities. They also might have had a little fun in the process. 😁

Part of our mission is empowering students to use their learning to impact the world around them, and it's great to see our staff lead this effort with experiences such as these for our students. After all, it is the "Raider Way".

Raider family, welcome back for the 2026-2027 school year! 👏

From full hallways, science demonstrations, first-day projects, and even bus dismissal, our first day of school was action-packed! 🎬It was a new chapter for so many of our families and staff, and we could not be prouder of the strong community in our schools. ♥

Stay tuned for more fun and classroom shenanigans to come (with a lot of learning along the way of course)! 📚

Let the good times roll! 😊

These are some of our favorite snapshots from our district welcome back rally for all staff that we held this past Friday. So many smiles and so much connection! Our community ties run deep, and it starts with how we show up for one another to celebrate all the positive work we do in our schools. A huge thank you goes out to our Board of Education for participating in the festivities, our facilities and grounds for prepping the event space, our IT department for coordinating audio/video logistics, and our local sponsors who provided prizes for our staff. 🙏 Join us in thanking these amazing folks!

We simply cannot wait for students to join us tomorrow for the first day of school and to be a part of our story this 2026-2027 school year!

Nobody does back to school quite like we do. 💯 Our district welcome back is a strong tradition here in Hudson, providing a fun and engaging way to bring our staff together and celebrate the year ahead. 🎉

Who would’ve thought that those working in education are just a bunch of “big kids” themselves? 😂 Enjoy this final day of summer vacay Raider community: we’ll see you in our classrooms tomorrow morning!

Pause: we have a feeling this is going to make your day. 😊 Check out this amazing video of our Hudson HS football team as they hosted their 4th annual Unified Camp, an adapted camp for school-age students with disabilities. 🏈

Show this some love and share it everywhere you can. It's yet another example of our students doing right by our community and demonstrating what it means to live "The Raider Way".
