Scammers are at it again. HLP Customers are getting calls.
Hudson Light & Power will not call residents asking for any personal information regarding billing. Please do not give any personal information (checking account number, Credit card number, gift cards etc.) out to anyone saying they are from Hudson Light & Power Department. If you question the validity of the call, it is probably a scam.

Public Power at its core, is about neighbors helping neighbors. Hudson Light & Power would like to take this opportunity to thank our neighboring utility, Littleton Electric Light and Water Departments for helping us in the early hours of the morning today, to make necessary repairs to part of our infrastructure. We appreciate the partnership of both your crews and our crews to get this work done. Thank you for your service to our community.

Hudson Light & Power will be performing emergency outage work tonight/tomorrow morning Tuesday 4/7 between 1am and 5am. Areas highlighted on the map below will experience a power outage to allow crews to safely make repairs to damaged infrastructure. To expedite the repairs, Hudson Light and Power will bring in additional crews from a neighboring utility.

HLP is responding to a broken pole in the Red Acre Rd and Farm Rd area! It will take about 6 hours or so to fix this pole. Power will be out in that area while repairs are made!

CANCELED Board Meeting: Due to unforeseen circumstances, the Hudson Light & Power Board Meeting that was to be held tonight 3/17/26 at 7pm has been canceled and will be rescheduled for a later date!

HLP Crews are working as quickly and as safely as possible to restore power and fix damage caused by this mornings storm! A couple different areas of town have been affected! Please be patient as crews work to clean up these areas!
