Our repair is made and water is turned back on but it will take a while to get our pressure back to normal. Please flush your faucets to help remove air in the lines. It will take several days to get everything back to normal. A Boil Water Advisory is in effect until further notice. Questions please call 903-576-3015. The current outage affects the whole main system. If your account number starts with a 1, 2 or 3, that's you! We are working diligently , but it will take a while to repressurize the system. Boil water advisory is in effect till further notice. Please share this post. Thank you for your patience.

We are experiencing a major water outage while making a repair. The repair shouldn't take too long, so be patient and we will return service as soon as possible. There will be a boil water notice until further notice. Thank you!

Holly Springs WSC office will be closed 12-24-25 thru 12-26-25. We will resume our normal schedule 12-29-25. Merry Christmas and happy New Year.

The Boil Water Advisory (for the areas of FM1400, CR4105 and 4104) is rescinded. Samples were good, you may resume normal usage. Some areas may still have cloudy areas, which is air in the lines. We are continuing to flush the ends of the mains. You may need to flush your lines as well. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please share with your friends and neighbors. Thanks again.

We have another water break on FM1400. The area affected is Bradfield Chapel, West to and up FM1400 and all county roads in that area. Boil Notice still in effect. Please share.
