Holly Springs is going to be making a repair to our line on CR 2110 (down shotgun hill, West of Delta Fab) tomorrow morning about 9am. Most of our West system (account numbers beginning with 400___) will be without water for approximately 1-2 hours while the repair is being made. A boil water advisory will be in effect afterwards until sampling and testing is complete. Please plan accordingly. We are sorry for the inconvenience. Please call the office at 903-639-2054 if you have questions. Please share with your friends and family and those you know who may be affected. Thank you.

We recently discovered a billing issue on Holly Springs Water West accounts. All accounts numbers beginning with 400____ are being reprinted and will be mailed today. Please call the office if you have questions about your account. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Holly Springs Water office will be closed Friday April 3, 2026 in observance of Good Friday. We will resume normal hours on Monday April 6, 2026. Have a great and blessed weekend.

Our repair is made and water is turned back on but it will take a while to get our pressure back to normal. Please flush your faucets to help remove air in the lines. It will take several days to get everything back to normal. A Boil Water Advisory is in effect until further notice. Questions please call 903-576-3015. The current outage affects the whole main system. If your account number starts with a 1, 2 or 3, that's you! We are working diligently , but it will take a while to repressurize the system. Boil water advisory is in effect till further notice. Please share this post. Thank you for your patience.
