🚨 DRIVER’S LICENSE UPDATE – SYSTEM CHANGES 🚨

Please review the following important updates carefully before visiting our office:

🔹 Expired, Lost, or Stolen Driver’s License
If your driver’s license is expired, lost, or stolen, you must present an original birth certificate issued by Vital Statistics — NO copies will be accepted.

🔹 Name Must Match
The name on your driver’s license MUST exactly match your Social Security card.
If the names do not match, NO driver’s license or identification card transaction will be completed.

🔹 Electronic Titles with Active Liens — Reminder
This requirement changed prior to the system update, and we want to remind customers:
Any title issued with an active lien will be an ELECTRONIC title. No paper title will be issued until the lien is released.
