The Hulbert Police Department is proud to offer our 2026 “America 250” Commemorative Patch in support of our annual Shop with a Cop program!

These patches celebrate America’s 250th anniversary while helping local children experience a brighter Christmas season through Shop with a Cop.

The Hulbert Police Department is proud to support the Hulbert Community Library as they host the upcoming Boots & Badges Community Blood Drive!

Every blood donation has the potential to save multiple lives, and your participation helps ensure blood is available for emergency responders, accident victims, surgical patients, and those battling serious illnesses.

🚔 Weather & Safety Update 🚔

With severe weather expected to move into our area again tonight, Hulbert Police Department officers will be out patrolling throughout the evening and overnight hours to help ensure the safety of our community.

We encourage everyone to stay weather aware and take precautions as conditions develop.

🌩️ Monitor local weather alerts.
🚧 Do not drive around barricades or road closure signs.
🌊 Never attempt to drive through flooded roadways. The depth and condition of the roadway beneath the water may be impossible to determine.
📱 If you encounter a hazardous situation, report it to the appropriate authorities.

Our officers will continue monitoring roadways, neighborhoods, and areas prone to flooding throughout the night. We ask everyone to use caution, make safe decisions, and look out for one another.

🚔 Traffic Safety Reminder 🚔

Officers have been out throughout the night monitoring and deterring traffic on 6th Street due to high water concerns.

Please remember:

🌊 Turn Around, Don’t Drown. Never drive through water flowing across a roadway. It only takes a small amount of moving water to sweep a vehicle off the road, and road damage may be hidden beneath the surface.

⚠️ Slow down during wet weather conditions.
⚠️ Obey all barricades and road closure signs.
⚠️ Allow extra travel time and choose an alternate route when necessary.

Your safety is our priority. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation as we continue to monitor conditions and work to keep our community safe.

If you encounter hazardous road conditions, please notify local authorities.

The Hulbert Police Department has located a goat on Plainview Drive in Hulbert and is currently attempting to locate its owner.

If you recognize the goat pictured below, or if you know who it belongs to, please contact the Hulbert Police Department so we can help reunite this curious traveler with its owner.

Last night, both officers proudly graduated from Oklahoma State University! This is a huge accomplishment that reflects their hard work, dedication, and commitment to continued growth both personally and professionally.
