We are asking that all customers conserve water today as we undergo an emergency repair at the well. We have a crew en route to pull the pump and perform whatever repair is needed. This was unexpected, but no reason for panic.

We are completing a repair at the well plant. Changing out a valve. Customers may notice a variation in pressure, no cause for alarm. Repair to be complete soon.

We are receiving calls from customers who had various lines in their yards damaged by the contractors laying fiber optic lines within the district. Please use the contact information below to file your claim.
Hull Fresh Water cannot work on those lines,, unless they are the water lines located on our side Of the meter, and/or the sewer lines on our side of the tank.
We understand how frustrating this is for our customers, and we feel every bit as frustrated that we are unable to do anything about it.
Please report your claims to be reimbursed.
We are unable to report a claim on your behalf, as they do not accept claims filed by a 3rd party.

The boil water notice has been rescinded.
You may now drink the water without boiling it.
Lab results came back just fine.
Thankful to all who have shown patience and grace during this repair. What a wonderful community we get to call home.

ATTENTION
Reports have been made in the hull area of contractors attempting to steal water from our fire hydrants. If you see ANYONE turning on a fire hydrant in Hull please report it immediately @ 936 536 3830.
Water conservation remains essential, and THEFT is never allowed. We do not offer bulk water to contractors in this district.

The repair at the well has been completed at last. We are using our last drops of water, and many are already out of water. The process to bring the well back into service requires specific steps to be taken. The work will continue through the night. In the early morning hours we will be able to put the well back into service under a boil water notice. Citizens can expect to have water tomorrow, as long as they boil it before drinking. The notice is expected to last for a minimum of 24 hours, until TCEQ approves us to lift it.
We are thankful for the communities conservation efforts.
