Humboldt County Public Health Humboldt County Public Health is Humboldt County Iowa's Department of Health, with the Board of Health providing oversight for many programs.

Humboldt County Public Health offers a variety of services to all ages of residents in Humboldt County. If we are not able to meet a need of a Humboldt County resident, we will assist with a referral to an agency that can meet a person’s needs. We are staffed with licensed RN’s; certified home care aides; office manager and social worker. If there are questions as to services that can be provided

Humboldt County Public Health is hosting immunization clinics for Tdap and Meningitis vaccines for students entering 7th and 12th grade.

Not sure if your child is up to date? Give us a call! Our staff can verify your child's immunization status and schedule an appointment if needed.

Make note on Tuesday, May 12th local emergency responders will be participating in a full-scale emergency preparedness exercise from 5–8 p.m. at the Humboldt County Fairgrounds and the HCMH campus.

🚓🚑 You may see an increased presence of first responders, emergency vehicles, and law enforcement in the area during this time. This is only a training exercise designed to help our teams prepare for real-life emergencies.

⚠️ We ask the public to avoid the exercise areas while the training is taking place.
