ation in the ongoing mission to secure opportunities needed for them to become self-sufficient. Services are available in Cass, Johnson, Nemaha, Otoe, Pawnee, and Richardson counties.

SENCA’s Weatherization Director, Gin Christiansen, attended the Energy Out West Weatherization Conference in Phoenix, Arizona, August 17–20, celebrating 50 years of Weatherization! 🎉The conference provided valuable educational updates, training, and networking opportunities focused on the Weatherization Assistance Program. This year’s event featured 136 sessions, 48 tutorial classes, and 117 trainees, with participants from 47 states, Guam, and Puerto Rico. Over the past 50 years, the Weatherization Assistance Program has made a tremendous impact—serving 7.4 million homes and supporting 8,500 jobs nationwide. We’re proud to have Gin represent SENCA at this important event and to continue supporting energy efficiency, safer homes, and stronger communities! 🏠💚
