There's something ridiculously awesome about handing over a book to someone, especially one that's changed your life in weird ways. Books are like emotional containers: they hold our favorite ideas, annoying thoughts, and imaginary friends we still keep in touch with. Gifting a book is like saying, 'this story messed with me, and I think it'll mess with you too, in a good way... probably'.
