Join us every Tuesday night at 6:00-6:30 PM at Hunter Fire Co. #1 for hands-on firefighter training.

Training is open to active volunteer firefighters from all Mountaintop fire departments and any community members who are interested in joining the fire service are welcome to stop by, meet our members, see our trucks and equipment, observe training, and have any questions answered about becoming a volunteer firefighter!

Training for active volunteers includes:
- Turnout gear familiarization
- SCBA (air pack) training and proper use
- Firefighter challenge-style drills
- Fireground skills and physical conditioning
- Preparation for volunteer firefighter courses and certifications, from exterior to interior firefighting operations

No experience is necessary. Whether you’re looking to join a department or expand your skills, everyone is welcome.
