The weather is looking PERFECT, Downtown Huntingdon is ready, and we have an incredible afternoon planned for you! If you’ve been on the fence about coming to Wine Down… this is your sign. Grab your friends and come spend the day with us!

REGISTRATION: Head to the registration area shown on the map below when you arrive. You can find registrations until 3pm! One on 700 block and one in Weaver Lot! This is where ticket holders will check in and where day-of tickets can be purchased.

Wine Down is THIS SATURDAY! Before you head to Downtown Huntingdon, here's everything you need to know to make the most of your day.

WHEN & WHERE?
Saturday, August 29 | 1pm-7pm | Washington St. Huntingdon

YOU ASKED, WE LISTENED — TWO REGISTRATION LOCATIONS!
One of the biggest pieces of feedback we received last year was the need for more than one registration area. So this year, we're starting the day with TWO locations to help get everyone checked in and enjoying Wine Down faster!
📍 Weaver's Lot Registration — Open beginning at 12:30 PM and closes at 5 PM
📍 700 Block Registration — in front of The Medicine Shop — Open beginning at 12:30 PM and closes at 3 PM, after the initial rush
**After 5 PM, anyone who still needs to check in OR purchase a ticket can do so in front of the Huntingdon Borough Building.

**Pre-registered guests can begin checking in at 12:30 PM, so come early, get your wristband and glass, and be ready when tastings begin at 1!

DO DESIGNATED DRIVERS & NON-DRINKERS NEED A TICKET?
NO! Wine Down isn't just for those who are tasting!
You do NOT need a ticket to shop our craft & artisan vendors, visit the food trucks, enjoy the entertainment or explore Downtown Huntingdon.
Bring your DDs, friends and family along!

DO I NEED AN ID & WRISTBAND?
YES. Please bring a valid photo ID if you are participating in Wine Down tastings.
🚨 Alcohol may NOT be consumed within the event area without the proper event wristband. Huntingdon Borough Police will be patrolling the event area and enforcing this requirement.

HOW DOES FREE WINE STORAGE WORK?
This is one of our favorite Wine Down perks and it's FREE for ticketed guests!
Found a bottle (or a case 😉) you love? Buy it and leave it with the winery!

Our Wine Down team will make rounds throughout the event, pick up your purchases and transport them to the Borough Building, where they'll be securely stored until you're ready to leave.

Stop by the Borough Building at the end of your day, show youwristband number and we'll get your purchases for you.

No carrying bottles around all afternoon = more hands available for tasting and shopping!

HOW DO DOOR PRIZES WORK?
Your Wine Down ticket includes an entry into our door prize drawings and presale purchasers receive an EXTRA entry!

We'll begin drawing winners around 5 PM, with drawings happening in staggered rounds.

Winning numbers will be posted on the Door Prize Board in front of the Borough Building. Be sure to check the board before you leave! All prizes must be claimed before the end of the event. Please have matching ticket to claim prize!

HOW DO I VOTE FOR THE GOLDEN POUR?
You will receive a PURPLE SMILEY TICKET at registration! As you make your way through Wine Down, choose your favorite participating stop and place your purple smiley ticket in their People's Choice bag.
⏰ Votes MUST be in by 6 PM so we have time to collect the bags and count the votes!
The participant with the most votes will be crowned the winner of the Golden Pour People's Choice Award!

WHEN ARE THE WINE DOWN AWARDS?
The 2026 Wine Down Awards begin at 7 PM in Bryan Park. We'll announce all of this year's award winners and find out who takes home the coveted Golden Pour!

WILL WATER BE AVAILABLE?
YES! Thanks to Strickler's, water will be available for ticketed guests throughout the event. Please hydrate, pace yourself and enjoy Wine Down responsibly.

CAN I COME JUST FOR THE FOOD, SHOPPING & ENTERTAINMENT?
YES, YES & YES!
No ticket is needed if you're not drinking. Come downtown, grab something delicious from our food vendors, shop the craft & artisan vendors, visit our downtown businesses and enjoy the entertainment!

Located in Granville, PA, Burnt Timbers Winery is a small, locally owned winery bringing plenty of Pennsylvania personality to the glass. Their selection gives you the chance to explore different flavors, find the style that speaks to you, and, our favorite part, discover a wine you may have never tried before!

Because that’s what Wine Down is really about. You might arrive knowing exactly what you like, but after an afternoon of sampling and chatting with the wineries themselves, you could leave with a completely new favorite.

We’ve been talking a lot about the incredible wineries headed to Wine Down, but remember there’s plenty to sip for our spirits lovers, too!

We’re excited to have Ponfeigh Distillery joining us for Wine Down 2026!

Ponfeigh Distillery brings a true Pennsylvania story to the glass, drawing inspiration from the state’s rich distilling history and the legendary Monongahela rye whiskey tradition. Their focus on craftsmanship, quality ingredients, and creating spirits with a sense of place makes them a really fun addition to this year’s tasting lineup.

A little sass is coming BACK to Wine Down! Uncle D's Sassy Glass Winery is returning for Wine Down 2026, and we’re pretty excited to have them pouring with us again!

If the name doesn’t already give it away, Uncle D’s Sassy Glass brings plenty of personality along with the wine. Their lineup offers a variety of pours to explore, making their table a perfect stop whether you already discovered a favorite last year or you’re meeting Uncle D’s for the first time.

If you visited Uncle D’s Sassy Glass Winery at Wine Down last year, make sure you stop back and say hello. If you didn’t, consider this your reminder to put them on this year’s tasting list!

That means in addition to checking out the wines J&P Winery has to offer, you’ll be able to cool off with a WINE SLUSHY while you stroll through Downtown Huntingdon. And on a late-August afternoon? We have a feeling those are going to hit the spot!
