📣🗳️Carroll County Register of Deeds Natalie McCullough Porter Announces Re-Election Bid

I am excited to announce that I will be seeking re-election as Carroll County Registers of Deeds. It is truly an honor to serve the citizens of Carroll County.

I began working in the Registers of Deeds Office as a deputy register for Ms. Judy Baker. When Ms. Baker retired in 2006, I had the honor to be elected to serve.

My goals and focus upon taking office have been to safeguard public records, preserve our county history, record documents with accuracy and care, and ensure the office operates efficiently, securely, and transparently, all while providing excellent customer service to each person we serve.

Accomplished Goals:
• Preserving and restoring deeds from 1822 forward and making documents accessible by email.
• Offering a free email alert system to notify citizens when documents are recording in their name- www.mylandalert.com
• Ensuring the office stays current with the latest technology to boost efficiency while maintaining strong security.
• Managing the office with fiscal responsibility to save taxpayer dollars.

My husband Bernard and I are the proud parents of Annalise, who is an 8th grader at West Carroll Jr/Sr High School.

I thank God every day for the opportunity to serve as your Register of Deeds, and I’d be honored to continue serving the people of Carroll County with the same dedication to fiscal responsibility, efficiency, transparency, and excellent service.
