GIBSON...SOUTHERN OBION...NORTHWESTERN CARROLL...HENRY AND SOUTH
CENTRAL LAKE COUNTIES THROUGH 1015 AM CDT...

At 939 AM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Lynnville to near Cottonwood Grove.
Movement was southeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Dyersburg, Martin, Paris, Humboldt, Milan, McKenzie, Trenton, Paris
Landing State Park, Newbern, Dresden, Dyer, Greenfield, Gleason,
Troy, Kenton, Rutherford, Obion, Bradford, Sharon, and Atwood.

This includes Interstate 55 in Tennessee between mile markers 13 and
15.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

13z update from SPC is out. A few strong storms could effect northwest Tennessee this morning, but confidence is highest in the severe weather threat materializing this afternoon and evening with damaging winds the primary concern.
