Soroptimist International of Huntington Beach SIHB is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization promoting women’s economic empowerment.

SI Huntington Beach is part of an international non profit organization for all women who want to improve the lives of women and girls, in local communities and throughout the world. Our signature "dream" programs, Live Your Dream, a cash award given to single women, who are the head of their household and accepted or enrolled in an undergraduate program, certification program or vocational school

and Dream It Be It Career Support for Girls (aged 13-18) are designed to empower and educate women and girls.. Soroptimist Huntington Beach (www.soroptimisthuntingtonbeach.org) is a 501(c)(3) non profit corporation.

In June, we celebrated our 2025-26 club year accomplishments and installed the new Board of Directors at Don Ramon's Mexican Restaurant. And...we welcomed Ashley Mehr as our newest Emerging Leader Member!

We're excited for the new year ahead. Thank you, Governor Terri Welter for installing the new board and for spending time with our club.

And...thank you to President Caroline and the 2025-26
Board of Directors for leading us during the last club year.

And congratulations to the 2026-27 Board of Directors, led by President Terry Rose. It's going to be a great year!

End of Year Graduation Picnic!

What a beautiful summer day! In June, we invited several moms and their children to an end of year celebration / graduation party at College View Park in Huntington Beach. Congratulations to the many graduates (including those unable to attend). As always we wish everyone the very best as they continue their transition to careers and further educational goals! Thank you to members, including Susan Gilbey from SI Westminster, for celebrating with the moms.
