Huntington Beach Host Lions Club members enjoyed the Melvin Jones Award Luncheon yesterday. Our own IPDG Scott Quinlan received a certificate of accomplishment for the contributions to LCIF during his time as District Governor. Lions Kevin Shannon and Jeff Campana were recognized for receiving Melvin Jones fellowships. And Sean Arens did an excellent job as emcee.

Many thanks to Kari Schlagheck and the District 4-L4 Lions leadership team for hosting this event.

Cooked pancake breakfast for City of Huntington Beach - Government Breakfast with Santa

Helped with collection for Robyne's Nest Food Drive event with the OC Indian Motorcycle Club

Assisted with Amuse for Autism snow day

And we're proud to sponsor a Snowflake for Waymaker's Huntington Beach Youth Shelter.

We love serving our community, especially during the holiday season.

Huntington Beach Host Lions Club members donated items for 75 holiday bags that will be delivered to local military bases. Thanks to the California Lions Foundation for their grant, which allowed us to purchase the last few items to complete our military bags, and thanks to Lion Diane Quinlan for coordinating this special project for our club.
