Hello Everyone!
I am currently raising money for Spikes K9 Fund. Spikes K9 is an organization that provides protection, training and medical expense coverage for police and military working dogs. They have provided over 1100 custom-fit ballistic vests and have covered over 250 critical medical treatments for working dogs all across the country.

Spikes K9 will be providing Kylo with a custom-fit ballistic vest. This vest will help keep Kylo safe from bullet, stab, and impaling wounds while he performs his daily duties. These vests are produced by a company specializing in ballistic protections for working dogs, K9 Storm Inc. Below is a link to Kylo Campaign page for Spikes K9 Fund. I am fundraising to help protect my partner's life. K9 Kylo Ren and I are a patrol utility and narcotics detection K9 team for the Huntington County Sheriff's Office in Indiana and he is in need of ballistic protection.

This morning was the grand opening of Tractor Supply Co. in Huntington. The departments K9’s were invited to the opening and were given a 500 dollar gift card to be used in the store for the dogs. This is on top of the monthly donation of food that they have also supplied to Kylo and Zeus since their appointment to the sheriff’s office.

Thank you to Yolanda and all the staff at Tractor Supply for your continued support of our K9 program! We are deeply appreciative.

With much sorrow, The Bluffton Police Department announces the death of K9 Riggs on Saturday, December 24, 2022, at approximately 2:25 pm. K9 Riggs escaped his enclosure while his handler was away from home and was struck by a vehicle on State Road 1 south of the city limits. K9 Riggs served the City of Bluffton and surrounding communities since January 2019.

An administrative investigation is ongoing to determine the cause and to learn how to best prevent such a tragic loss in the future. The department appreciates the support of our community during this difficult time.

Kylo, Deputy Smith and Deputy Long got to hang out with some friends at Loon Creek Christian School today. He enjoyed getting pets and showing off some skills! We also talked about safety and 911 while we were there! Thanks guys, for having us!
