🎉 SPARK Week 1 = Complete! 🎉

What an incredible first week! We met so many amazing kids, shared lots of laughs, made new friends, and learned something new every day along the way. ✨

Today was the perfect way to wrap up the week with a fun and engaging presentation from the LC Nature Park!

The kids loved exploring the wonders of nature and discovering some fascinating wildlife facts.

🦬 Fun Bison Fact: Did you know a bison can run up to 35 miles per hour? That's faster than most people can ride a bike!

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make our first week such a success. We're excited for all the adventures, discoveries, and memories still to come.

Today kicks off our 6-week summer adventure with SPARK (Summer Parks and Recreation for Kids) — and we could not be more excited! 🎉

This summer, we’ll be spending our days exploring the great outdoors—playing games, getting creative, and making memories with 160+ amazing kids across three parks. From sunshine-filled activities to building new friendships, every day is an opportunity for adventure.

Our director team is a group of energetic, creative, kid-loving leaders who are ready to make this summer unforgettable. We each bring something a little different to the table, but we all share one goal:
👉 creating a safe, fun, and welcoming space where every child feels included, active, and excited to come back each day.

Get ready for a summer full of fresh air, friendships, and FUN… because SPARK 2026 starts NOW! 🔥

We have some amazing Summer Directors to introduce to you! ☀️

Our SPARK program is a community favorite, and it wouldn’t be possible without people who truly love working with kids. We are so excited to introduce our 2026 Directors—each bringing their own unique background, experience, and passion for creating a fun and welcoming environment for every child.

Leading the way this year is our Lead Director, Rachel Staley!
You’ll find our directors at each park:
• Memorial Park: Taylor, Luke, and Amber
• Drover Park: Landon, Mya, and Lauren
• General Slack Park: Amanda, Amanda, and Izzy
