The Heritage Days Car, Truck, & Bike Show in downtown Huntington, sponsored by Coldwell Banker Realty, will be held Friday evening, June 12 from 5 to 9 p.m. The show is open to all makes and models, registration takes place at the intersection of Jefferson and Park Drive from 3 to 6 p.m. and the vehicle entry fee is $10. Dash plaques and goody bags will be given to the first 75 vehicles registered. Awards will go to the top 20, 1981 and older, 1982 & newer. Best paint, engine, car, motorcycle, truck and Best of Show. Restaurants will be open. The registration form is available at the Chamber office, 305 Warren Street, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., or at https://www.huntington-chamber.com. Heartland REMC is the official sponsor of Heritage Days 2026.

The Salvation Army Indiana Division has received a $3,000,000 matching grant from Lilly Endowment Inc. through its Capital Project Initiative for Residential Youth Camps. The Salvation Army has launched the Transforming Lives Initiative to raise the $3,000,000 needed to receive the full matching grant.
