Payments can be made online @ nwcpsd.com (Pay my bill) or call 24/7 1-855-314-2093. Fees do apply but payments will be downloaded on Monday.

Payments also can be placed in the night drop box on the employees door. We are not responsible for any payments placed in the envelope box on the wall.

Our office will be closed on Monday February 16, 2026 for Presidents Day.
If u have not paid your January bill please do so by 8am on February 17 to avoid being disconnected for non-payment. No extensions will be allowed on the day of disconnection.

Due to inclement weather and for the safety of my employees we are closing at 2 pm today.

Payment can be made online thru our website nwcpsd.com or Nexbillpay 1-855-315-2093 24-7

Feel free to place your payment in the night drop on the employee door and we will process it Monday morning.

Please don’t stress, we are not doing any disconnects or penalties. If you have a past due January bill please pay it by February 12th to avoid the phone calls or door hangers or disconnection.

All past due bills for Dec. 20, 2025 needs to be paid by Jan.9, 2026 to avoid interruption in your water service due to non payment of your sewer bill.
