🌹 This Mother’s Day, the Huntsville Unit was honored to host a special day for mothers and their sons. Families were able to share lunch together, take photos, and spend meaningful time making memories that will last far beyond the day itself. ❤️

Each mother was presented with a rose as a small reminder of how important and appreciated they are. 🌹📸

✨ Film Night at the Huntsville Unit! ✨🎬

We were thrilled to host a special film screening of Beyond, that brings impactful and thought-provoking movies to correctional facilities, providing individuals with access to inspiring works of cinema that can spark personal growth and transformation.

This series shines a light on the challenges within the American prison system, while highlighting the transformative power of storytelling to connect, inspire, and foster meaningful conversations.

Each screening is followed by an intimate Q&A with members of the film team, offering a unique glimpse into the creative process and the arts.

A huge thank-you to directors Asia Johnson and Michael Kleiman, as well as Madison O’Leary from the Cool Hand Series, for partnering with us and bringing joy and excitement to everyone through popcorn, candy, and drinks. 🍿🍬🥤
