Fox Army Health Center will be closed this Friday, August 21 from noon to 4 p.m. for training. The last ticket pull for Pharmacy will be at 11:30 a.m. to allow our pharmacy team to participate, and the lab will close at 11 a.m.

UPDATE: As of late yesterday afternoon, the GENESIS issues have been resolved. Thank you for your patience.

MHS GENESIS System Outage 🖥️

Please be advised that the MHS GENESIS system is currently experiencing a major outage. This disruption is impacting several key areas of the portal, notably our ability to book, modify, or view patient appointments at this time.

The Defense Health Agency (DHA) is aware of the issue and is working diligently to restore full system functionality as quickly as possible. We understand this is frustrating and sincerely appreciate your patience as we work through this technical issue.
