Redstone Arsenal Veterinary Treatment Facility This is the official page for the Redstone Arsenal Veterinary Treatment Facility (VTF). We see animals (mainly dogs and cats) on an appointment basis.

We provide services to personal pets belonging to retired and active duty military members. We provide preventive veterinary services (wellness screenings, vaccinations, de-worming,microchips etc.), health certificates for
domestic and international travel, limited sick-call examinations and medical treatment, and limited elective surgical procedures (spays, neuters, dental cleanings, etc.). Elect

ive surgeries may be delayed or seized during certain periods and this information will be relayed upon request. We are not full-service, but we will do all that we can for your pet. We highly recommend that you establish a relationship with a civilian veterinarian in case of emergencies or if your pet needs care that we cannot provide. We are not able to provide referrals of any type (i.e. vet, grooming or boarding).
