Our goal is to get you a meaningful, family supporting job. Still Serving Veterans, a registered 501c(3) non-profit, established in Huntsville, Alabama in 2006, provides Veterans and their families, transitioning military, and members of the Guard and Reserves with employment services including career planning, job search strategy development, resume preparation, and interview preparations. Addit
ionally, we work closely with local Veteran-friendly employers to fill positions with well-qualified, screened Veterans. All services are provided at no charge to either client or employer. In addition, through its Huntsville office, Still Serving Veterans provides VA Benefits and Services counseling to active duty, Veterans, and members of the Guard and Reserves, their family members and survivors. Still Serving Veterans received the 2021 Charity Navigator transparency award, 2020 HIRE Vets Gold Metal Award, 2020 NAVFOC Veteran Service Organization of the Year Award, 2018 BBB Better Business Bureau's Torch award for ethics, Bob Hope Spirit of Hope award, and the 2015 Nonprofit of the Year award from the Huntsville/Madison Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Still Serving Veterans is a recipient of the Call of Duty Endowment's (CODE) coveted Seal of Distinction. Still Serving Veterans is a trusted advocate for Veterans and their families and participates on the Governor's Alabama Veterans Network Executive Commission (AlaVetNet), the VA's new My VA, and several regional coalitions of Veterans organizations.
