Good Morning everyone. Wow what a first couple of weeks of school. I hope everyone is adjusting well to their school schedules. I just wanted to come on here are remind everyone that this Thursday September 5th we will have our PTO meeting. We meet at Hurley Community Baptist Church at 6:30. We meet just 1x a month, on the First Thursday of the month.

Here is a tip to help your child survive the first week of school. Start now on getting them up early. Today I got both mine (Sophomore and Freshman in College) at 7am. Next week they will both need up before 6. It really does help get them into the new school normal.

Good Morning everyone. This is Jill Sims I am going to do my best to keep this FB updated with information. Lets start by saying I hope everyone will enjoy their last week of Summer Break. Remember that the Back to School bash is this Thursday. Make sure to bring in all of those documents that were mailed out. Fill them out now to help save time while at school Thursday night. The event is from 5-7. Also stop by the PTO table and say HI. We need YOU. Please consider joining our small group of parents. Even if you don't have any elementary students anymore you can still join. Our PTO does not just support the younger grades but we support all faculty of all grades. So please come join us.

Today is a BIG day for our Hurley Tigers--before hosting our first districts game, we invite you to donate blood at our last blood drive of the year! Sport your love for baseball by getting some Springfield Cardinals tickets and merch for your donation. Then go down to the field and support your Tigers as they play the opening game of districts at 2:30!

Good morning everyone, hey I just wanted to let everyone know that there is a Community Blood drive today at Hurley from 12-4. Walk ins are welcomed. Please support our tigers in this event. Mr Little was a bit excited when booker the little guy came trotting in the gym. He was like oh that goat. I can kiss that one!!! Well he didn't get away from kissing the big ole diesel. Diesel had a little stage fright but over all I think the kids enjoyed it. Mr Redus got to kiss little booker. Thank you to Mr Little and Mr Redus for being such great sports and thank you Rachel Coleman and Mrs Maxwell for getting good photos!!!!

Well, we just found out Mr Little will not be at school Friday! But don't fret. We are not letting him off that easy. We are rescheduling it to Thursday March 28th!

Poor Redus! I think your stuck with kissing diesel, the goat! He is $15 ahead of Mr little and Mrs Boswell is in third. Things keep changing up but it looks like these kiddos want Mr Redus to kiss that goat!!!! 🤣 Last and final date to vote is Tuesday!!!!!
