Ready to build strength, stay active, and feel your best as you age? StrongBodies is a fun, evidence-based exercise and nutrition program designed for midlife and older adults.

We’re offering two class locations, Hurley and Springstead! Whether you’re new to StrongBodies or a returning participant, we’d love to have you join us.
