STRONGBODIES IS BACK!

Ready to build strength, stay active, and feel your best as you age? StrongBodies is a fun, evidence-based exercise and nutrition program designed for midlife and older adults.

Weโ€™re offering two class locations, Hurley and Springstead! Whether youโ€™re new to StrongBodies or a returning participant, weโ€™d love to have you join us.

Classes are just $30, or $25 for repeat attendees, with convenient on-site registration.
