The Huron Ambulance and Huron Fire Department participated in the middle school career day. We would like to thank Jerad Sammons for spending his afternoon showing the middle schoolers inside of the ambulance and sharing a little bit of what we do.

Members from Huron Ambulance, Huron Fire Department and students from the Beadle County EMS Association EMT class went through EVOC training today. We would like to thank the State Fairgrounds for always allowing us to use the carnival mat to set up our course.

Christina Guthrie
•3 years of service with the Huron Ambulance
•Recently elected to the Huron Ambulance executive board
•Started as a volunteer Fire Fighter in January of 2025 with the Huron Fire Department and just recently passed her Fire Fighter 1 & 2 certification
•Has 3 kids she enjoys spending time with and also enjoys riding her motorcycle
