Hurricane Fire Department operates as a proud combination department, supported by both professional career personnel and dedicated volunteer firefighters. Together, our members respond to more than 1,700 calls annually across a service area exceeding 100 square miles, providing fire suppression, rescue services, and emergency medical care to our community.

The strength of our department lies not only in our training and capabilities, but in our people. Our volunteers are ordinary individuals who choose to step forward in extraordinary moments. They represent neighbors, coworkers, and friends who demonstrate extraordinary courage in service to others when it matters most.

We remain committed to protecting our community through professionalism, teamwork, and service. Those who feel called to serve and make a meaningful difference are encouraged to learn more about joining our team.
