Car dealers: one-on-one help is available October 14.

The Tarrant County Tax Office is hosting a Car Dealer Training Workshop. Stop by any time between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Bring a real transaction, a WebDealer question, or a rejection you want walked through.

Wednesday, October 14, 2026 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Arlington Sub-Courthouse Community Room 700 E Abram St, Arlington, TX 76010

On site:
• DMV training representatives from Austin, 9:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m., for WebDealer questions and process guidance
• Tarrant County SIT staff all day for special inventory tax questions
• Customer Service Managers for paperwork, affidavits, and rejection issues

Come and go. Registration is not required, but it helps us plan. Bring a laptop if you want to show an error on screen.

Customer service is at the heart of what we do at the Tarrant County Tax Office.

Our mission is to serve the citizens of Tarrant County with pride, courtesy, respect and determination, while providing accurate, efficient and timely service. But good customer service is about more than completing a transaction or answering a question. It is about how we treat the person standing in front of us.

That commitment is carried out every day by the women and men of the Tax Office, who work hard to make sure the people we serve are treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism.
