CCDA has officially closed on the property for the new CCDA Industrial Park—an important investment in our county’s future. This acquisition was made possible through grant funding from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity.
Not every economic development project begins with a large building or a major employer. Sometimes, it begins with securing the right location and preparing it for future opportunities.
