FOOD4VETS BARNSTABLE at Cape Cod Vet Center Dec 8th!

FOOD4VETS BARNSTABLE will take place on Tuesday, December 8th, from 1PM-3PM in the rear parking lot of the Cape Cod Vet Center located at 474 West Main Street in Hyannis.

1. Pre-Registration is required and can be done easily by clicking on this link: https://USA4Vets.formstack.com/forms/food4vets_hyannis_vet_center_dec8 or right clicking on the Hyper-link in the Food4Vets attachment.

1A. For veterans that struggle with computers or computer access, please have them call Adam at the Cape Cod Vet Center at 508-778-0124 and I will try to help them register.

2. Arrive in Parking Lot

3. Stay INSIDE vehicle

4. Open Trunk

5. 14 Day Meal Kit will be placed inside trunk by a Volunteer with PPE

6. Drive away

On Saturday, November 7th, Lilly Pulitzer again hosted a Veteran’s Day event in partnership with the Friends of the Cape Cod Vet Center. Lilly Pulitzer is a high end women’s clothing store with some 50 stores nationwide. Here on Cape Cod Lilly Pulitzer has four stores in Falmouth, Mashpee, Osterville and Chatham. A donation will be made to the Friends organization relating to sales made that day, November 7th. Mrs. Mimi Walantis, Mashpee store manager, coordinated the event with excellent signage and a table displays containing brochures and give-away materials explaining the mission of the Cape Cod Vet Center located on West Main Street in Hyannis. We thank Mimi and all other Lilly Pulitzer staff from the four stores who participated in this important event.
