CRC had another great event with the 2A community, at the GOAL 250th Banquet and Rally, this past Saturday. Toby shared from the podium his recent meetings and discussions with the DOJ in DC. One of the CRC leaders was recognized as the GOAL 2026 Advocate of the Year, presented by Jon Green. As stated many times, CRC is a small leadership team with a large grass roots group of volunteers to Repeal Chapter 135 and the volunteer teamwork is worth off everyone's recognition. GOAL also recognized Jim Dicecca of the Centralville Sportsmens Club, as the Club's GOAL volunteer Representative. The theme of the GOAL 250th is leadership and volunteer persistance to make a difference and keep-on avocating to repeal Chapter 135, Vote NO Nov 3 2026.

Our mid-week volunteer calls continue, with a few changes as follows: the planned 6/17 call has been moved to Wednesday 6/24. The focus on 6/24 is learning about new voter outreach tools we want to empower you with. Call start time is 6:30PM. The Volunteer Resource website and calendar will have more details as we get closer to the the 6/24 date.

In the meantime, many volunteers are making good use of the Resource website : flyers and other tools for club meetings, club events, and community awareness. The Resource website has new flyers and videos , and "in the news" items.

Many thanks for the donations that come in via our websites and at our events. We are retooling our limited resources for the next phase - Vote NO, Repeal Chapter 135 ; we are all anxiously awaiting for the state to assign the ballot question later this summer.
