Community Youth Advance was incorporated in 2017, after a merger between two well-established nonprofits in Prince George's County serving more than 600 youth each year with programs providing mentorship, tutoring, experiential learning, entrepreneurial education, and post-secondary pathways under three mission pillars: Teach, Reach and Keep.

Big thank you to Clark Construction for inviting us out to Crafting Futures 2026 at Northwest Stadium! 🙌🏾

Our students had an incredible time diving into hands-on construction activities, exploring apprenticeship pathways, and connecting with professionals who are shaping the future of the industry. From learning about in-demand careers that don’t require a traditional college degree to engaging with local workforce organizations, this experience truly opened eyes and expanded possibilities.

We’re grateful for opportunities like this that expose our youth to real-world pathways and inspire them to dream bigger.
