Bladensburg Volunteer Fire Department

We would like to extend a thank you to our family over at Hyattsville Volunteer Fire Department, When they heard of our life members passing , they immediately called and offered up anything that we could possibly need. They also told us not to make dinner plans because they were going to take care of it and keep the members company in their time of mourning. Everyone sat down together to a full meal and desert. It was truly a boost for everyone’s spirits.Thank you Hyattsville.

Vicky Robinson, LADC, CSAT, EMDR II

This talk will include signs and symptoms that your spouse is in trouble and needs help. Information will consist of what to look for in your home or with a family member that may suffer from Substance Abuse, Sex or Gambling issues, and PTSD symptoms. We will also deal with issues of betrayal, confusion, and anger that may follow the discovery and where to find help. At the pool of Bethesda, Christ asked," Do you want to get well?" Come hear some solutions to this never ending issue; some of them you may practice and others you may need as reminders. Fulfilling your purpose includes self-care. Come and be a part of the solution and bring your suggestions and solutions to the gathering. The presenter wants to teach and openly discuss this crucial issue necessary for continuance in our profession.
