You're invited! Please bring your family, neighbors, and friends for an evening of connection and discovery across our entire campus.

Today, Wednesday, August 20th, Lamoille Union High School will host a New Student Orientation from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. This event is for all ninth graders and any students new to LUHS this year.

The evening will begin in the auditorium with a welcome message from Principal Bethann Pirie, LUHS staff, and student leaders. From there, students will:

-Review their schedules
-Locate classrooms
-Meet teachers
-Reconnect with peers

Each student will also receive free supplies to start the year strong - including a LancerBook organizer, backpack, binders, notebooks, folders, and writing utensils.

Please enter through the main high school entrance. After the auditorium program, pizza and drinks will be available in the cafeteria.

🍎 FREE Summer Meal Kits for Kids! 🥪

The Lamoille North Supervisory Union Nutrition Program is excited to offer FREE WEEKLY Summer Meal Kits to all children age 18 and under who are not already participating in another summer meal program.

Each kit includes groceries to make 7 days of breakfast and lunch—plus a gallon of milk per child. No sign-up is required, but it helps us plan if you do!

📦 What’s in a Meal Kit?

Proteins: Yogurt, deli meats, nut butters, cheese (vegetarian options available)

Whole Grains: Breads, crackers, baked goods

Fruits: Fresh and packaged, ready-to-eat and easy to pack

Vegetables: Including local seasonal items

Milk: 2% white and chocolate when available (1 gallon per child)

Meals come in bulk packaging (e.g., a loaf of bread, package of cheese slices) with a suggested menu to make it easy for families to prepare meals at home. Local products are included when available. Milk must be taken with each kit.

Cambridge Elementary: 2–4 PM

Johnson Elementary: 2–4 PM

Lamoille Union Middle School: 4–6 PM
