First Grade Indoor Recess FUN!
When it’s too hot for recess, we bring recess inside! We traded the playground for some indoor fun! These little Wildcats didn’t let the heat stop them from enjoying recess.

Indoor recess—heat wave edition!

🎶📚 WORKIN’ 9 TO 5… MINUTES OF READING! 📚🎶

Today, our Wildcats celebrated Dolly Parton and her incredible love of reading in one of our favorite ways—we stopped everything and READ! 💕✨

At 9:00, our entire school joined together for 9 minutes of reading in honor of Dolly and the difference she has made in the lives of children through literacy. 📖💗

From our littlest Wildcats to our biggest—and our staff, too!—everyone grabbed a book and enjoyed a few quiet minutes getting lost in a good story.

We think Dolly would agree… reading is ALWAYS worth working 9 to 5 for! 😉📚🌸
