A reminder of this Saturday's window rehabilitation workshop, taking place at Hose House No. 2 on the city's west end!

Are you interested in learning how to fix your historic windows? Considering attending a Historic Window Rehabilitation Workshop hosted by the city on Saturday, July 18th at 10:00 A.M. Local neighbors with preservation experience will be on hand to answer questions and provide information on how you can fix your own windows.

The workshop will take place at the historic Hose House No. 2 on the west end of the city (606 Colorado Boulevard).

Hello, a reminder that the city is hosting an open house to discuss the draft updated Comprehensive Plan for the city of Idaho Springs tomorrow from 5pm to 7pm.

Drop in if you have any questions, comments, or other items you wish to discuss about the Plan. Staff will be on hand to answer questions and discuss.

On this page, you can review the goals and objectives or read the whole plan. The city is seeking comments and feedback until July 15, 2026. Please contact Dylan at [email protected] or 303-564-4421 if you have questions, comments, or any other feedback. The purpose of this document is to help guide the city over the next 10+ years and help identify the city's goals and priorities. It is not a regulatory document, but helps the city make decisions on development decisions, funding decisions, and other city matters.
