Ilion Housing Authority Public Housing:

We operate 158 units of public housing at three locations in the Village of Ilion.

It is the mission of the Ilion Housing Authority to provide affordable housing and services to families, elderly, near elderly and disabled persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, familial status, creed or national origin. London Towers located at 100 West Main Street is home to over 100 senior and disabled residents. Remington Park is a 32 unit family campus located on Cottage St

reet and Ilion Heights is a 20 unit family campus located on Vosburg Street. Section 8 Housing:

The Section 8 program provides assistance for low income families in the private rental market through the Housing Assistance Payments Program. The Housing Choice Voucher Program is funded by the US Department of Housing (HUD) and is administered by the Ilion Housing Authority in the following jurisdictions:
Ilion, Newport, Mohawk, Poland, Frankfort, Cold Brook
