Bring your beach gear, surf boards, boogie boards and plenty of sun tan lotion and enjoy Imperial Beach. Grab a bite to eat in one of our many restaurants and spend a night or two in accommodations ranging from beach cottages to first class hotels. The City is home to the Tijuana Estuary which is home to exotic birds and many species of wildlife. The Estuary is just one example of the importance our community places on environmental preservation and sustainability. The City is also known for sand castle building exhibits, public art and the most incredible sunsets imaginable. There is something for everyone in Imperial Beach and we can’t wait to share it with you. We have a top notch municipal workforce in place to serve the community.
