This recall is about far more than the data center. It is about a broader, systemic failure of leadership and representation. An elected official who refuses to open overflow rooms to constituents in need, then follows a contentious vote by dismissing the very community she represents as “noise,” has lost sight of what public service is supposed to mean. Representation means listening to your constituents, especially when they disagree with you. It means showing up when your community needs you. It means remembering that elected office belongs to the people, not the person sitting in the seat. This recall is about accountability for a pattern of failed leadership. Ms. Price has forgotten who she works for. This recall is the community’s friendly reminder.
