For 35 years we have been Making Good Things Happen. It takes everyone in our community working together to create a brighter future. When you contribute to United Way of Imperial County, you are connecting those who care and helping those who need help. Live United! United Way of Imperial County became incorporated

in 1980 by community leaders raising funds to support health and human care services provided by United Way partner agencies through a single fund-raising campaign. Our mission is to increase the organized capacity of people to care for one another.

United Way received a call from the principal at Wilson Jr. High School in El Centro. A homeless student was having a difficult time getting to school. He wants to attend school, but transportation was an issue making it very difficult. He asked the principal if she could help. United Way of Imperial County to the rescue. We purchased the bike and helmet and dropped it off today. Thank you, Ms. Ambriz, for reaching out to the United Way. "Working Together to Improve Lives", that's what we do!
