Trauma can come from divorce, having an incarcerated parent, being in the foster care system, military servicemen and their families, domestic violence, natural disasters, etc. for Healing nonprofit mental health is here to help! We are dedicated to providing education, art therapy, EMDR and other trauma informed therapies to help people who have suffered trauma and loss. P - Paper Making

Families share online for good reasons like to celebrate milestones, stay connected with relatives, and document everyday life. Kids and teens are also using technology to connect, express themselves, build friendships, and be part of their communities.

This training helps families pause and notice how everyday posts, messages, apps, games, and online interactions can sometimes reveal more than intended. Participants will learn how to spot concerning patterns like secrecy, pressure, threats, shame, and control, while also practicing practical steps for safer sharing and trusted adult support.

This is not a scary internet talk. It is a realistic, supportive conversation designed to help everyone feel more prepared, not more afraid.
