Yesterday 142 families - 568 people- selected food at Ella Curran Food Bank. They also received free vegetable starts, from Master Gardener volunteers. Thanks to our volunteers, donors, area grocery stores, Marion Polk Food Share, and our generous community.

Ella Curran Community Food Bank is Closed on Monday, May 25th in honor of Memorial Day. We open again on Tuesday for regular hours: 9:00-11:30am and 4-6:00pm.
Reminder we are open today, Thursday, 9-11:30am and 4-6:00pm.

Rev up your engines, Touch-a-Truck is rolling back into Riverview Park on Saturday, May 9, 2026, from 9 AM-2 PM for a day packed with family fun and excitement. Get up close and personal with all your favorite vehicles, from construction behemoths to emergency service transports. As part of the festivities, a helicopter will land in Riverview Park—stay tuned for the timing! We'll be offering a quiet hour sensory (no horns or sirens) from 1-2 PM for anyone with sensory sensitivities. The The Monmouth Independence Family YMCA is also returning with their free Mother’s Day card making station!

Admission is FREE, but we encourage you to bring food donations for the Ella Curran Food Bank.

Sometimes making ends meet is difficult. Ella Curran Food Bank is Open 5 times per week to help. No paperwork is necessary. No appointment needed.
Meats, eggs, cheese, fresh produce.
Groceries.
