Kenton County Conservation District, Kentucky KCCD works to develop locally driven solutions to protect natural resources in Kenton County.

KCCD meetings are held at 5 pm on the second Wednesday of each month. Kentucky Conservation Districts are governmental subdivisions of the state, organized under Kentucky Revised Statute 262. Conservation Districts are responsible for protecting our soil, water and other natural resources and are governed by the Kentucky Soil and Water Commission through the Kentucky Division of Conservation.

🥾📢THE NEW TRAIL IS OPEN📢🥾
Colin Witkowski led Troop 236 in the completion of his Eagle Project at Morning View Heritage Area🦅📝 The main piece of the project was a reroute on the Steinhauser Trail to increase stability and accessibility to our longest trail. He also helped to replace old signage with new wayfinding maps at our trailheads!
